Fly American from Miami to Rapid City

Okay, so you're all set for a trip, maybe a round-trip or perhaps, just a one-way ticket to a fresh start. Either way, you're going to want to know about flights, more specifically... drumroll, please… American's domestic flights. Yes, you heard right. But don’t start sobbing into your neck pillow just yet. Hold on to the sliver of hope known as the airline's frequent flyer and mileage program. Earn enough and you might just snag that elusive business class upgrade: a taste of the high life, literally and figuratively.
